KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Occasional Painting and drywall repair
• Operates related motorized and non-motorized equipment
• Travel between multiple sites is required
• Mowing and trimming duties to assist in maintaining Youth Sports Complex
• Help with keeping the Y clean as needed, including replacing soap, paper towels, and other supplies
• Records and reports all needed repairs; repairs as directed
• Ensures YMCA building and property is secure during shift and report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• May set up furniture for events

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Six months or more related experience required

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Skills & Licensing

• Must possess an active driver's license
• Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment
• Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, including safe handling and use
